Leadership Session- Personal Awareness
Effective leadership hinges on self-awareness. In Judaism this is best exemplified by Moses. Aware of his stutter, Moses wisely chose Aaron be his second hand man at all times.
Similarly, in our recent session, teenagers were encouraged to confront and acknowledge their authentic selves. Through a variety of experiential techniques, they explored their personal strengths and weaknesses. This self-discovery process empowered them to identify how they can lead effectively and enact positive change in the world.
